Sarah is a Post-Baccalaureate Research Fellow working in the Howard lab as part of the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center's ICARE Program. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2024 with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and a Certificate in Sustainability. In the future, Sarah will be applying to MD/PhD programs, with research interests in Cancer Biology, Immunology, and Healthcare access/equity.  When she isn't tending to her cells, Sarah enjoys reading, exploring nature trails, and playing D&D with friends.
